Prep Your Sweet Tooth for the Holiday Season

Pastry chef Nicole Coady assembles some of the season's most-loved desserts and matches them with complementary wines. The tasting, scheduled for 6:30pm on Tuesday, December 6th, includes sweets like apple-cranberry pie, pineapple upside down cake, pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate bourbon pecan pie and peanut butter pie paired with a bevy of tasty beverages - Banyuls, Moscato Caposaldo, Riesling Auslese, Domaine Sigalas Vin Santo and Taylor Fladgate 10-year Old Tawny Port.
