Chef Delio Susi pays tribute to polenta with a special Pot to Plank menu available at Amelia's throughout the month of February. Reserve a table at the cozy Kendall Square eatery to enjoy creamy polenta enhanced by your choice of toppings - osso bucco and crispy sage, gorgonzola and broccoli rabe, or crumbled sausage and garlic, just to name a few.
