Chef Evan Percoco is all about creativity - that's why he's introducing an interesting new tasting series to a grateful public. Every Wednesday, from 5:30 to 6:30pm the Chef's Table at Bokx 109 will become home to the weekly Amuse Bouche Tasting Series. During this entertaining hour of hors d'oeuvres, Percoco will put out a single small bite to tempt the palate, paired with a sip of a perfectly matched wine courtesy of GM Davide Crusoe.
