You already know that the folks at Prezza can turn out a delicious Italian meal but on Wednesday, February 10th, they're taking things a step further and bringing Italy right to the North End. Winemaker Lucca Currado will bring a selection of his delicious wines straight from the Vietti Winery in Piedmont to share with guests while chef Anthony Caturano prepares a delectable feast that's fit to pair with these notable wines. Grab a seat at the table to taste how rabbit saltimbocca with saffron risotto pairs with a 2007 Dolcetto D'Alba Tre Vigne or how rosemary braised pork shank with asiago polenta and braised greens goes with a 2005 Barolo Castiglione. The fun, which costs $125 per person, starts at 6:30pm with a reception and moves on to the dinner at 7:00pm. Seating is limited so hurry up and call 617.227.1577 if you want one of the coveted slots.
