On Sunday, June 6th, he unveils his new Local for the Locals market menu, an ever-changing, multi-course meal featuring only the freshest of fresh seasonal products. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings, the menu, which will change regularly based on availability, will be offered as a two-course ($25), three-course ($32) or four-course ($38) prix fixe.
