Cookbooks for Everyone! - Cookbooks from some of Boston's highly acclaimed chefs.
Bargain Bites - Unbelievable dining deals at Boston's best restaurants
Give someone you know the gift of culinary know how by signing them up for one of chef Brook Vosika's legendary cooking classes at the Bristol Lounge. Topics on the agenda for the new year include Haute French Cuisine and Street Food From Around the World. There's even a tutorial on creating a perfect Valentine's Day dinner if you're looking to give someone a big fat hint for the holidays. Held inside the Four Seasons kitchen, classes are hands-on with equal parts instruction and entertainment (i.e. lots of food and drink). They generally take place from 6:30-8:30pm (unless otherwise noted) and cost $180 per person. Participants will leave with an apron, recipe cards and house-made treats for the road. Consult the calendar below, and the various menus for each get together, to see which topics are of interest and reserve a spot for yourself or someone on your list.
