Sel de la Terre Natick's Chef's Table

Put your gastronomic fate in the hands of chef de cuisine Daniel Bojorquez at Sel de la Terre Natick’s new Chef’s Table. Every Thursday night, Bojorquez and his team stretch their legs a little, creating off-the-cuff courses full of the season’s finest in a four-course menu. From the appetizer right up through the cheese course and dessert, you’ll get a guided tour of every course as Bojorquez discusses flavor profiles, cooking techniques and the inspiration for each dish.
