Beacon Hill Bistro's Tour de France

Cycling in France is lovely, but what we really want is a good meal. Happily, the folks at Beacon Hill Bistro are glad to oblige with Le Tour de France Bistro Style menu. Beginning February 20th, every Monday through Thursday evening during dinner (that's 5:30 to 11:00pm) the Charles Street kitchen will feature a Frenchified prix fixe highlighting the cuisine of a specific region. They start off with the Rhone Valley before moving on to Alsace in March. Menus are available in either two-course ($33) or three-course ($39) incarnations by reservation throughout the evening - call 617.723.7575 to get yours. The tour menu will be around till July, when the actual race takes place, so check back to see what's coming around the bend.
