Sel de la Terre's Wine-Filled Wednesday

Sel de la Terre's long-running dinner series, Wine Wednesdays, continues at the Long Wharf location throughout the winter. Wine Director Erik Johnson keeps on keeping on, plating and pairing seasonal food and wines for a four-course tasting menu of French-inspired fare. The prix fixe, and the aforementioned accompanying wines, costs $44 per person and is served (at 7:00pm) at large communal tables to encourage convivial conversation.
