Sponsor a ‘Stache

Gentlemen, put down your razors. For the third year running, Community Servings is holding Sponsor My ‘Stache, a month-long fundraiser that aims to translate facial hair into charity through donations from the friends of the ‘stache-sporting guys. On Wednesday, February 29th they can show off all those well-cultivated handlebars, pencil mustaches and fu manchu's at the Mustachio Bashio at City Table. Philanthropically follicled fellas and their guests will get to sip on complimentary cocktails and snack on hors d'oeuvres from chef Dennis Wilson from 6:00 to 9:00pm. There will even be awards for the best facial hair, with NECN's Jenny Johnson as judge. All money raised during the mustache marathon, as well as proceeds from the $50 party ticket, go to benefit Community Servings in their efforts to provide nutritionally balanced meals to individuals struggling with critical illnesses.
