A stylish yet casual restaurant located within the Nordstrom's at the Burlington Mall, Blue Stove features a menu of contemporary flavors, full of bold tastes and textures. Through a variety of internationally-inspired small plates, customers are able to build their own unique dining experience from seasonal dishes designed for sharing.

The exhibition kitchen provides a stage for their chefs to prepare the menu in a colorful, energetic environment. The wine bar offers an alternative dining experience as well as a well-chosen selection of interesting wines, many available by the glass to pair.

1. noun A rich brown reduction of meat stock, Madeira or sherry, and other ingredients. Used as a base for many other sauces.
Lardons
1. noun Diced bacon that is blanched and fried.
Polenta
1. noun A slow-cooked cornmeal porridge popular in northern Italy; can be served soupy or firm, sometimes fried.
Rémoulade
1. noun A cold mayonnaise sauce flavored with mustard, gherkins, capers, anchovies and herbs.
Risotto
1. noun Italian dish made from rice cooked by intermittently adding small amounts of stock or broth. Other ingredients are added as required.

1. noun Catalonian sauce of finely ground tomatoes, red bell peppers, onion, garlic, almonds and olive oil.
