A stylish yet casual restaurant located within the Nordstrom's at the Burlington Mall, Blue Stove features a menu of contemporary flavors, full of bold tastes and textures. Through a variety of internationally-inspired small plates, customers are able to build their own unique dining experience from seasonal dishes designed for sharing.
The exhibition kitchen provides a stage for their chefs to prepare the menu in a colorful, energetic environment. The wine bar offers an alternative dining experience as well as a well-chosen selection of interesting wines, many available by the glass to pair.

Since an early age, Hugh Brown, a native of Northern Ireland could be found in his parents' kitchen cooking up French toast for all of his neighborhood school buddies. After all, cooking is in his blood. His father, a highly accomplished chef and culinary instructor captivated his interest in cooking.
After completing culinary college he packed his bags and hit the road, stopping at Jury's Hotel, Cork City, Melbourne Australia, Kilkea Castle Hotel and then to his current home of Boston. He spent 3 years at Philips Old Colony House on Morrissey Boulevard where as sous chef he had control of the restaurant and experimented with the local cuisine.
He joined Wyndham Hotel's during the opening of its flagship property in the Financial District and the home of Caliterra Restaurant. During his stay he rose to the position of Executive Sous Chef and got the chance to work with some of the top chefs from around the country who were involved in the opening and continuance of Caliterra.
After 8 years at Wyndham it was time for a new challenge. That challenge took him to his current position as opening Executive Chef for Blue Stove in Nordstrom, a stylish small plates restaurant with a focus on locality and quality ingredients.
